Day 1: Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha:55kms/1hr drive

Welcome to Arusha, Tanzania ! Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by our representative/guide and driven to Gold Crest Hotel for overnight stay on (BB) basis.

While in our care, your safety and security are our number one priority. As such, in the unlikely event of serious illness or injury, all guests are provided with a “Flying Doctors” insurance policy.

Day 2: Arusha - Tarangire national park:120kms/2hrs drive

Set off for Tarangire National Park after breakfast, where you can indulge in a captivating game drive while relishing a delightful picnic lunch. As Tanzania's third-largest sanctuary, Tarangire is home to a remarkable abundance of majestic elephants, providing a surreal experience of witnessing these gentle giants in their natural habitat.

The park boasts an exceptional feature of towering baobab trees, casting shadows over the wildlife feeding beneath them. As the only permanent water source in the region, Tarangire River attracts a diverse range of animals, including the regal lions, elusive leopards, speedy cheetahs, and an impressive herd of up to six thousand elephants, making it a must-visit destination for wildlife enthusiasts. Dinner and overnight stay at Sangaiwe Tented lodge on a (FB) basis.

Day 3: Tarangire - Lake Manyara National Park - Ngorongoro:75kms/1.5hrs drive

After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Manyara national park for a game drive. This park has the highest concentration of monkeys in north Tanzania. You will also have opportunity to see the rare tree climbing lions, giraffes, elephants, hippos, impalas and lots of birds.

Dinner and overnight at Country Inn Karatu on a (FB) basis.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater–Kilimanjaro International Airport:245kms/4hrs drive

Set off for Tarangire National Park after breakfast, where you can indulge in a captivating game drive while relishing a delightful picnic lunch. Day 5: Karatu - Arusha Airport:165kms/2.5hrs drive – Zanzibar

On this day, you will receive picnic boxes and be taken to Arusha airport to catch a flight to Zanzibar. After arriving on the beautiful tropical island, you will be transported to the historic Kholle House in Stone Town where you will spend the night and enjoy breakfast in the morning.

Day 6: Stone town - Matemwe

Embark on an exhilarating journey through the rich and storied past of Stone Town. Meander through its alluring labyrinth of narrow streets and alleyways that are sure to captivate and enthrall you. This is a place where architectural wonders, delectable restaurants, enchanting churches, bustling markets, and serene gardens await your exploration.

Immerse yourself in the fascinating cultural tapestry of this UNESCO World Heritage Site and visit must-see attractions such as the House of Wonders, Darajani market place, Sultan's Palace, and the Slave Market.
